Toggl News

Toggl now works inside Asana

We have a nifty Chrome extension called the Toggl Button. It creates a little Toggl button inside your favourite webapp (Asana, Pivotal Tracker, Github and Teamweek supported at the moment), and lets you start the timer without switching a page.

Feel free to get Toggl Button from Chrome webstore.

Edit. Toggl Button is an open-source project, so anybody can contribute to adding new tools and features. Asana link was created by fellow developer rubinsh, and direct link to the source code is available here – https://github.com/toggl/toggl-button/pull/2

Thank you rubinsh, we really appreciate your effort!

  1. I have some issue: toggl counts 120 hour today for my last task. It works normal only for short task time, like 1h 30 m, but if I leave it on for 4 h it can counts120 h per a day. I have checked my time zone in toggl it is correct. I have cleared cash and cookies in chrome, but nothing helps.

  3. The toggl integration with Asana is great. I have imported asana projects to toggl but there is no client level in asana – just projects and tasks, so in asana all my clients are listed as projects. Is there a way in toggl to import / sync asana projects to toggl clients? Thanks

  4. Would be really nice to see all ideas and suggestions come to life, but most importantly, as Luis Martins mentioned to have Projects Names and Tags copied from Asana to Toggl and vice versa. Thanks
