The App That Knows Your Bad Habits (and Isn’t Afraid to Say Something)

If you are too lazy to track your time, then we have good news for you. For almost a year, we’ve been working on a new iPhone productivity app called Superday.

Superday tracks your activities automatically based on your location. The app creates a timeline for you, so you can see where you spent your time. It’s the first step towards improving your daily routine and getting rid of bad habits.

How does it work?

All you have to do is to install the app. It’s really that simple.

Superday asks to use your phone location and Health app data to keep track how much time you spend on commute, work or leisure. The app creates a new time slot automatically every time you go from one location to another.

After few hours, your timeline will look something like this:

Don’t worry. It might look a bit blank at first but you can change that by tapping on any time slot to give it a context. You can pick between 13 different categories: commute, fitness, work, school, shopping, leisure, household, hobby, friends, family, kids, food and sleep. Easy, huh?

Superday also learns from your habits.

By categorizing slots, the app remembers what and when you’re used to do. Few days later the app categorizes time slots automatically. So next time you don’t need to edit each time slot manually, the app does it for you.

Identify the areas of improvement

To find out where you spend your every minute, simply tap the chart icon on the navigation bar to open your weekly summary:

Weekly summary shows you exactly how much time have you spent on various activities. You will be able to identify the areas of improvement in your schedule and make adjustments accordingly.

Once you know where your time goes and how much you spend on everyday activities (or procrastination..), it helps you to set up a neat schedule for specific activities. Use that, and you’ll have more time to do the things that are most important, whether that’s having fun with your family or friends, taking time for yourself or just enjoying a sunny day.

Get the app and take control of your time! (it don’t even cost a thing).

  1. Another vote for an Android version; I was doing this by hand with the Toggl app, but eventually gave up because it’s a lot of work. Would be nice if it was automated.

  2. Unfortunately we don’t have Android version at the moment but it’s in our plans. We’ll keep you posted. 🙂
