Server software upgrade

We just upgraded our application server software (Rails) to keep up with the fast evolving software world. Although we carried out extensive testing and expect everything to function properly, some glitches may happen.

Please let us know if you notice any strange behaviour – we will fix any issues as quickly as possible.

  1. Just upgrade my Toggl Ubuntu desktop client, but i’m still getting failed to save to server error due to not supported version.

  2. its quite annoying have to install an update EVERY DAY!!!

Just put it in beta and make the releases in a long period of time!

    • @cadid You’re right. Toggl Desktop went through a lot of changes lately. Now we’re taking it slower.

  3. FYI if you go into account settings and change the photo, it jumps to the home screen without saving other changes on the page such as the time zone.

  4. Oh, I forgot, I had to log off and login back to see my tasks. Before logging out I coudn’t see any of my task but some strange one…

  5. The app is wotking ok. But the user interface messed up with the language! Where it shoud be written Time entry(billable/not billable) is written: Tijdsinvoer(Not billable)… Looks similar problem as has Stephen.

Otherwise great app! Keep up the good work!

  6. Hi,

My Toggl desktop has not been synchronizing with the web for the last 2 days. The thing in the desktop program just keeps spinning and spinning….

  7. Please create an option to not have TogglDesktop start on Windows 7 boot. I removed it using msconfig and it came right back on starting TogglDesktop.

  8. I got to say I’m really losing faith in Toggl. Losing tracked time is the same as stealing money out of my pocket. I simply don’t trust toggl anymore to track my time. They clearly do not have a handle on how to properly test updates before rolling them out. Time and time again (i.e. every update) there are major issues. I can’t afford to work without getting paid. Sorry Toggl. I’ll admit, I’ve never paid for Toggl, so I can’t really complain. But I’d never actually pay for the service when there are problems as frequent as there is.
