Our support forum has moved

Toggl support forum ( has now moved to a different provider called It looks like this:

This means:

  • While our Knowledge base will look slightly different, its articles are still grouped according to the same logic as before.
  • The public discussions forum is clearer and more compact. Your questions will be displayed under the topics you set them for everyone to have a better overview.
  • You can still log in via Toggl to quickly and easily post public questions or send private emails directly.
  • You can even follow our tweets there!
  • At the end of each article, you can rate it to give us an idea about which articles you are finding useful and which need more work.

  1. This would be a great idea – we love – if you had bothered to add redirects from your OLD support site. Now all of the old links that I actually want to access are broken. 301 redirect!

  2. @RP – the new forum already has a growing number of public queries also. If you have more specific questions, feel free to contact us directly or start a new public discussion where other users can also contribute.

    @Oscar – sorry, this slipped our attention.

  3. I think your support forum change may have broken the download links for the old Toggl Desktop application…


  4. We have made note of the feature requests posted in that forum for our continuing development plans. We would be very happy to receive any additional ideas and suggestions via email or through the new support forum.

    I’ve tried to make sure that all open questions from the old forum have been solved, but if you are still having problems with anything, please contact us through the new forum and we’ll be sure to work on them.
