Minor Server Maintenance on March 5th

Just a quick heads-up – Toggl might experience minor hiccups on March 5th, between 3am-5am EST (8am-10am UTC). Hopefully these will not last for more than a few minutes.

The reason for this is that our server host is doing scheduled maintenance and as a part of the process, the Toggl database server will go through a quick reboot.

A related, but less significant maintenance event is scheduled for Friday as well.

As said before, this should only affect Toggl over a couple of minutes, but we will be keeping everybody updated with news here as well as on our Twitter and Facebook pages.

  3. Everyone in my office- MAC and PC – are having the same issues as Andrew and Todd – we’ve been working on this for 4 days and can’t seem to fix it. The App will not sync with the Web versions 🙁

  4. Update. After shutting down my Mac and reinstalling the update, I am now able to connect and login w/ the Mac desktop version.

  5. I am having the same problem as Andrew. Even after downloading and installing the new version, it is unable to connect. Unfortunately, I logged off the desktop version and now when I try to log back in, I get an error … so my desktop version is now completely offline. Having to rely on the web version in the meantime.

  6. My MacOS desktop version is now “Offline, Toggl not responding.” and an earlier alert told me I did not have the correct version. I downloaded again from the Toggl site, but am still having issues. iOS iPhone and iPad seem to be working fine…. Could this have something to do with the server maintenance that was done?

  7. Anyone getting problems with logging into Toggl using Google? It is outside the maintenance window so this does not make sense…
