Database maintenance on Sunday, Nov 25th @ 10am UTC

This Sunday, November 25th, at 10am UTC time, there will be a Toggl database maintenance and system upgrade.

During that time Toggl Settings and Reports will be down, but you can rest assured that all your data is safe. You can still track time on your desktop, mobile apps and also tracking page, provided that you have enabled offline support there.

The expected downtime will be up to 30 minutes, please follow this post or our Facebook or Twitter feeds to receive updates at the time.

We apologise for any inconveniences that this might cause you. Fixes and updates help to improve Toggl reliability and interaction with third party tools.

  2. It’s awful! All my reports en time entries are deleted after you did the upgrade. Everything is is gone! Is there a pssibility that you have an back up please?

  3. There is issue with my account after this maintenance. My last report from previous week is not in server anymore, can only see entries in my own toggl. Also i couldnt log in anymore today, so i updated to beta 4. Then i could log in but new tasks arent sent to server.

  5. Similar here, mac os beta client 4.64.156. Error message: ““Failed to save time entry to Server response:”. I don’t see no server response, though.
