Update on Current Connectivity Issues

We’re experiencing server-side issues that are stopping users from accessing the app.

We’re working on getting things back to normal, our deepest apologies for the inconvenience.

UPDATE 20:35 UTC: Both the web app and the desktop app should be functioning again. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing issues.

UPDATE 19:45 UTC: Toggl web app should be back up. Please bear with us as there may be stability issues. We are still working on the desktop app.
UPDATE 18:55 UTC: We’ve temporarily disabled the desktop app while we get the web app up and running. The mobile app is also down due to these issues.
UPDATE 18:25 UTC: We are currently working on fixing the issue. We restarting our services, which will take at least 10 minutes.
UPDATE 18:00 UTC: We are still experiencing some stability issues. Toggl may be down for some users at this time.

UPDATE 16:50 UTC – We’re still investigating some running issues. As part of this, we have temporarily disabled the initial loading of your recent time entries – but don’t worry, your time entries are still there.

UPDATE 15:54 UTC – Users can log into Toggl again, but we are still investigating some stability issues

How to keep tracking while we resolve issues?

The current issue only concerns the Toggl web app.

You can still use our desktop apps and the mobile apps – your time entries will be synced once we’ve cleared the issues!

  1. 11:23 am EST – Still having intermittent difficulty getting the website to load after logging in. Only thing coming up is the circle of death.

  2. I can log in OK but the timer pane flashes “wid is required for time entry creation” and nothing comes in. Mobile app & desktop seem to be working fine.

  4. Hi, still can’t get into the desktop app. Comes up to a login screen, I choose “Log in with Google”. It goes to the web page, I choose my GMail account, it says it’s authenticated but never lets me in — desktop window never changes.

  5. The web-based version of toggl still does not seem to work. I was trying to retrieve my password, and it says it sends an email, but I never get the email with the password reset.

  6. You mentioned the web app is back up but that’s not the case for me… it’s unable to sync and cannot reconnect.
