New languages: Czech and Swedish

Great news! We have two new languages in Toggl: Czech (props go to Pavel Chmelar); Swedish (props go to Johan Helin, KrYo, Manne1984, Petter Engström, Simon Wämmerfors, Thomas Lindbjer, nanker and olofa). Several fixes

We have quietly done a few releases during this week. Mainly bugfixes, most notable is the planned tasks update – now you can set any amount of time as an estimate. Previously you were limited only to full hours.
