Hey, we launched a new version 27 minutes ago. This release is mostly about maintenance: a lot of effort went into stabilizing Toggl. So, refresh your browsers or Toggl Desktop (right-click inside the application and “Reload”).

The motivation behind the new Nano was to:
balance the design of the timer with the new administrative interface;
give the timer a more professional look;
make it clearer for first-time users;
add usability improvements like continuing a past task.

Since Timer Nano has such a small form factor, it’s easy to embed it into different applications. One nice option is to add Timer to your GMail page, so you don’t have to switch between several tabs to track time.
Just follow these simple steps:

Good news! The new timer widget has arrived!
It is available for Linux, Windows and Mac.
It will replace the Adobe AIR based widget. The technology that the new widget is built has better memory management and is more stable and faster to use.

We just launched a new version of Toggl. There were some minor improvements but the main thing is that we made Timer Nano available to all our users.
You can switch between the classic Timer and the Nano from the Toggl main view. Give Nano a shot a let us know what you think!
