  This feature allows you to easily create a new project based on an existing template project. That means that every new project will be created with template project’s settings: billing, estimates, planned tasks and team. More information and how-to can be found on the FAQ page.

Today we’re launching several changes to Toggl pricing plans.

• Paid plans now have a shorter and mode convenient name – “Pro”, instead of “Premium”
• There is a new plan for small teams. It’s called ‘Small’, it supports teams up to 5 people, and costs $12 per month.
• The monthly fees for larger teams (11 and more team members) have increased. Compared to similar software tools we’re still offering good value for money  (monthly fee is $2-$4 USD per team member, depending on the team size). All our existing paying users will get a 6-month ‘transition period’ with the current price. We will contact all affected teams directly.
• The maximum allowed team size for the free plan is reduced to 5 members. Bigger teams using the free version will have to upgrade to Pro. There is a 3-month ‘transition period’ when existing teams can continue using the free version. We will contact all affected teams directly.

Solo plans and free plans with teams up to 5 people are not affected by this change.

We’re hard at work to make Toggl better and better as a tool for your daily time tracking activities. We really hope that you approve these changes, and we assure you that this is an one-off change.
